This Service Policy describes how readings with Astrelion Insights are prepared and delivered, and what you can expect as a client. It works together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

What We Offer

We provide personalized astrology readings and guidance, including natal chart readings, relationship and compatibility readings, career and life-path guidance, and monthly or yearly forecasts. Each reading is interpretive and is intended to support reflection and personal insight.

Booking a Reading

• Select the reading you would like and complete your booking through our website.
• Provide accurate birth details and any questions or focus areas so we can prepare your reading.
• You will receive a confirmation with the next steps after booking.

Information You Provide

The quality of a reading depends on the accuracy of the information you share. Please provide your birth date, and where possible your birth time and place, as accurately as you can. We are not responsible for outcomes affected by inaccurate or incomplete information.

Delivery and Timing

Readings are typically prepared and delivered within the timeframe noted at booking, usually within a few business days. Live sessions, where offered, are scheduled at a mutually agreed time. We will let you know if more time is needed.

Communication

We communicate primarily by email. Please check your inbox, including spam or promotions folders, for messages about your reading.

Respectful Conduct

We are committed to a calm, respectful, and supportive experience, and we ask the same of our clients. We reserve the right to decline or end service in cases of abusive or inappropriate behavior.

Confidentiality

We treat the details you share and the content of your reading as private, and we handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy.
