Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for readings booked with Astrelion Insights. Because our readings are personalized and prepared individually, please review this policy carefully before booking.

Personalized Services

Each reading is prepared specifically for you based on the details you provide. Once work on your reading has begun or the reading has been delivered, it generally cannot be returned.

Cancellations

• You may cancel a booking for a full refund if you request cancellation at least 48 hours before any scheduled session and before preparation of your reading has begun.
• If preparation has already started, we may offer a partial refund that reflects the work completed.

Delivered Readings

Once a reading has been delivered, or a scheduled live session has taken place, it is considered complete and is not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a live session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to find a new time. Repeated late rescheduling or missed sessions may be treated as a completed session.

If You Are Not Satisfied

Your experience matters to us. If you feel there was an error or a genuine problem with your reading, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review your concern and work with you toward a fair resolution.

How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us using the details below with your name, booking date, and the reading concerned. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your provider.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
